How To Cure Redness On Labia Due To A Soap Allergy?

Just had a labiaplasty three weeks ago and skin was very sensitive to dissolving stitches, developed infection and just stopped Amox yesterday. I have been using antibacterial hand soap which I dont think is the greatest and i have a little redness on labia.it doesnt itch or hurt... what soap can use for daily washing? My stitches are still in place...
