How To Cure Severe Pain In Upper Buttock Due To Periformis Muscle Spasm?
Hi, I have a severe pain in the upper part of the buttock. I had this pain few years ago and I was told it is the periformis muscle spasm. I don't have any sciatic nerves sign but the pain is so severe that I have difficulty getting out of bed let along walking. What do you recommend?
