How To Cure Shoulder Pain?
Hi! So today around 2:30 pm, my shoulder started hurting. It's a very uncomfortable pain. I can't really explain it. It is still hurting. I took an ibuprofen because I don't know how else to make the pain go away. It is very uncomfortable and I can't sleep well. Please help!

The shoulder pain may be due to simple muscle spasm to shoulder cuff injury. I would advice rest to the arm with a sling and analgesic. If the pain is not subsiding than consult your doctor. X ray and MRI of the joint may be needed to find the cause.
