Exercise that makes you fatigue
Stress free activities and meditations
Avoid alcohol and smoking/avoid heavy meal in dinner/avoid tea coffee soft drink at night
Use bed when you feel sleepy?read up to when you will sleepy
No talking or use mobile in bed/Avoid watching TV while you are getting sleep/calm and cool bed room.
These will help to restore good sleep.
In medicines benzodiazapine like clonazepam/lorazepam/zolpidam etc can help.
But you should go for
psychological evaluation before taking medicines.
