How To Cure Strong Lower Belly Pains?

i am 35 weeks pregnant and am having strong lower belly pains at night mostly and hot flashes with diarrhea the pains usually come 30 mins before i go to the restroom and are so strong i break out in a sweat and end up puking and i am constantly thirsty... is there something wrong

To my opinion you need to be consulted with OBGYN to rule out pregnancy problems.
After that you need to be examined with fecal exams like coproculture, candida, ova parasites and urinary analysis.
you can start to use buscopan for cramps.
