How To Cure The Lymphangioma On The Left Leg Which Has Turned Red?

hey my daughter (5) has lymphangioma on her upper left leg. She had a biopsy as a baby to diagnose it. In the last week on the sight of the lump on her leg, she has developed a red rash/mark/blemish. I don't have insurance at this time and am trying to find more answers to my question on what it might be?
