How To Cure The Boils Which Appear On The Head Of My 7 Month Old Daughter

Hi, My name is wotay. my seven months old daughter keeps having boils on her head for the past two months. we ve been to the doctors, she was given anti-biotics but that hasn t help they still keep coming out. she s got plenty hair and sweat a lot, a friend of mine thinks that is the cause of her boils. My boyfriend thinks it has to do with hygiene. please help. How do I cure these boils?

Good day
It could be recurrent folliculosis. You may need to avoid putting on any cap on her head as this predisposis to infections. Kindly pat dry her scalp whenever she sweats. It may also be associated with seborrheic dermatitis where superficial skin infections are common. As of now just keep her scalp dry and follow on the medication the Doctor has advised. As her immunity develops it should clear away.
