I ve had severe muscle dysphonia for three years this month and have had numerous exams: videostroboscopy (sp?), in addition to a regimen of steroids and other medications, none of which have helped. What do recommend the next course of action would be?
videostroboscopy reveals the movement of vocal cords and its function along with anatomical picture. any changes in ur voice is shown by it. if it's normal . next choice is nerve conduction studies.
