How To Deal With Sleep Apnea?

Hi, after feeling very tired quiet often for a very long time. I did some research online and a lot of symptoms match a lot with sleep apnea symptoms. Can I Just visit any clinic and speak to a doctor about it or there is a specialist I should visit. Thanks a lot.

I have noted your symptoms. If you suspect sleep apnea, then, you should visit a specialist for evaluation and treatment.

You could consult either a sleep medicine specialist or pulmonologist or a neurologist.

For confirming the diagnosis, you would undergo a sleep study (polysomnography).

If confirmed, you would require CPAP trial.
