How To Deal With Warming Up Of Upper Arms Due To Stress?
for the past 2 weeks, i've been feeling that my upper arms (usually both at the same time) are getting warm to touch. i've had this problem before about 2 years ago and it went away after a month or so. i did see my doctor about it at the time and was told that it could be stress related. all bloodwork at the time was normal. i am thinking maybe the cause again is stress related.
