How To Detect Damaged Ear Drum?

I cleaned my left ear out about 2 months ago and it got to far and hit my ear drum I guess. The pain went away completely in about a week or so. But lately it started to hurt again when I touch it. And it also feels like something is moving when I rock my head left to right. Sometimes it seems like my hearing is lower in that ear

hello, never use any thng to clean your ear by your complaints it appears either wax in your getting stuck with tympanic membrane and casing symptoms. if you have decrease hearing for 1week also then we can suspect rupture of tympabic membrane.
