How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?

I had sex with a guy on the 20th. pulled out and did not cum in me. Had sex with another guy on the 23rd 25 26 27 28. Didn t use a condom either on the 23rd I m pretty sure he didn t pull out in time due to me drinking. Doctor did an early ultra sound when I was nine weeks. And said my conception date is June 26th. Who is the father?

I would like to explain you what's the meaning of the conception date and how we calculate it ,so you will know what are the chances of each boys for paternity.
Conception date is the moment when the egg is fertilized ( after the contact with the spermatozoid )In your case is 26 as your local doctor said .
But the conception date is not always the same date when you had intercourse , cause before the conception happens you need to ovulate . So your ovulation have happend around 26. Another thing is that spermatozoid can stay in the genitals up to 3-6 days .If the first guy did not ejaculate it's a very low chance he could be the father .

So probably the second guy is the father .You can do a paternity test later to confirm it .
