How To Detox Tetrahydrocannabinol From Your Body?

Hi ! I postponed a drug test today because i knew i would fail. I told the manager he gave me until next friday. I ordered 420 rapid detox pills and it says i should be clean in 2 days taking 3 capsules a day,however, i dont believe it. Im still taking them, but i would like to know the best way to detox. I used thc yesterday.

Hello,

When you are notified that you have to pass a drug test, stop consuming it in any form. It will be easier to detox if you have a low BMI, have a fast metabolism, have no water retention.

Do plenty of exercises regularly, take nutritious food & plenty (2-3 litres) of water, it will effectively help to flush them out of your body. Take only (1-2) litres of water & vitamin B2 several hours before the test. You can take detox drinks the help in dilution of urine & have creatine.

Do not exercise 24 hours before the drug test. If you have been a heavy user & are obese then detoxification may take time.
