How To Do Abortion?

hi,i'm 24yrs old.i'm pregnent,but me and my husband dn't think to get a baby.so i think to do abortion and i dnt know the baby is how many weeks?because my menstrual period is not on the time.my menstrual period is about half year come half year not come.i got hear about pill abortion,is't ok?i would like to know where can do abortion?how much about it coz?

Understand your concern
You can do abortion under the observation of gynecologist in certified nursing home. First you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age by the transvaginal USG scan. Because abortion pill can be sued up to 9 week of pregnancy. Do not use abortion pill at home by your self as chance of failure id high.
Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally/orally by gynecologist after 48 hour. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour that can be decide by gynecologist. Bleeding and cramps starts with in 30-45 minutes after last misoprostol pill and last for the 4-6 days as whole abortion process will complete.
Follow up after 7 th day and USG after 14th day to confirm retain product.
Use safse sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
