How To Ease Pain In My Right Arm?
for days i've had pain on my right arm, down to my elbow, lifting and such, stretching I thought would help but it only made it worse, today I found a small lump on my collarbone, quite small, but when I touch it the surronding area gets painful, any ideas?

is this lump superfacial or deep seated it should be examined,
do you have any other lumps in your body it may be just lipoma wich is not a big concern and its not related to upper arm pain
