hi,

Thanks for providing the brief history of you

Since now it is 15 years it is a chronic scar formed within the lung tissue which can not be erased by medicine. What medical could do, they did best 15 years ago.

Also to note few things,
1. how is your lung infection catching frequency in a year,
2. how often do you fall ill because of cold/cough,
3. what are you personal habits - like smoking
4. what is your occupation - like working in a factory or anything
5. how healthy you are - physically

Now, since you had all the issues 15 years age, the lungs have healed and now the TB is no more. But the TB has left some scar for you, which can be erased by only your constant effort on each single day. For this, you dont need any medicine or anything, What you need is to go breathing exercises

There are various forms of breathing exercises like -
1. Deep breathing
2. Coastal breathing
3. pulsed lip breathing
4. huffing/cuffing
5. abdominal breathing
6. diaphragmatic breathing

You can try all of these and keep doing as much as you can, Once the lung tissue develops the new pattern on increasing the oxygen absorption there might be a chance of removing the scar, but it is an unimaginable processs. What we need to understand is, your effort to keep the lung tissue stronger so it can fight against any infection of the future to come.

I hope this should help you and i have answered your query

feel free for any more queries
