Hello Thanks for posting such an interesting case. I think ,in view of the presence of a phallus, R testis and scrotum, my opinion is more tilted towards a male than a female but certainly he is a bisexual by physical examination. I think he should be treated like any other child and wait to see his further growth. we may encounter some problems when the child reaches adolescent stage when testosterone replacement may be needed??. At the moment I only wish he develops in to a male body structure. The question of testosterone supplementation is open to be decided by a competent endocrinologist regards DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
