How To Expel Meth From The System?

so i took ecstacy and it had meth inside it i dont know how much but it had been mixed with methamphetamine im 14 i weigh 124 pounds i took it 2 days ago for the first time how can i get it to gt out of my system by about 4PM tomarrow its 12 now anything would be helpful
