How To Fix Wrist Bone Which Has Become Weak And Fragile After Getting Hurt?

My wrist has been hurt for 4 months due to falling down when playing football. Since then I could put any pressure on it or push my wrist back. Push-up or hold weights in a certain position or impossible. In comparison to my right wrist in my left wrist the bone seems weak and fragile to where I can move the bone. I don't know what this could be but I need help so I can fix it.
