I understand your concern.
From the weight you have mentioned, it is true that you are weighing less for your height.
You can gain weight by proper intake of certain calorigenic food.
Ciplactin medication contains 'Cyproheptadine' as an active ingredient. It will help you to gain more appetite, which makes you eat more.
It would be better for you to take moderate quantities of carbohydrates and fats in your diet along with good quality of
proteins.
This would help you to gain muscle mass and restrict unusual proportion of increase in fat tissues.
Avoid eating refined carbohydrates and junk food. Add proper proportion of complex carbohydrates along with good quantities of calorigenic fruits like banana.
However, keep a check on your weight gain with inclusion of exercise regularly, which will help you to maintain gaining weight steadily.
Once you have achieved your target of about 65 to 70 kgs, keep it stable by reducing your diet and continuing with exercise.
