dear dr i am 36 yrs. old and my height and weight r 160cm and 63kg respectively. my ige was 424 u/ml( normal range,50--120). it was the blood test done in 23/01/2010.and thereafter, in 17/07/2010,blood test was done for ab anti tpo, anti tg e tsh. my tsh level was 1.64mUI/mL(normal, o.35--5.50),ab anti tpo was 618 U/mL( normal range is less than 60) and anti tg was 83( normal range is less than 60).so, what type of thyroid problem i have and can it be cured by doing some physical exercises and yoga? please suggest me. thanks

You have thyroid auto antibodies that suggest autoimmune thyroiditis. Your TSH level is normal right now. If you are taking any thyroid medication then continue according to advice.
If you are not taking drugs then check your TSH level regularly and if TSH level increased then thyroid hormone supplements are needed. Exercises can not control it.
