Hi dear!
Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
Is There Such a Thing as a Normal Period?
My opinion is Not really. The average woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days long, and the average period lasts for three to five days, but there can be huge menstrual cycle variations from woman to woman. Three days is normal for some women, seven days is normal for others.
Take an average of the last 5 menstrual cycle days. It will give you a number. its your rough cycle duration. now taking 1st day of last menstrual cycle as the first day of your cycle calculate half days of that number which you calculated by taking an average of 5 period months. e.g. that number was 30. you half is 15. and 1st day of last menstrual period was 1st May. then your next ovulation(
fertility time)will be 16th of May or so. 5days before 16th May and 5 days after 16th May are the days of your interest. Do
unprotected intercourse and suspect conception with good chances.
If anything changes regarding your menstrual flow or periods stops or days change so much that bothers you, go to your gynecologist.
May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way.
Regards!
