Dear patient
Small testicle size do not affect your ability to make your wife pregnant. It's sperm count which is deciding factor. If your sperm count is more than 20 million per ml with active mobility you will be able to fertilise her egg. You have to try for atleast one year in normal cases for pregnancy. If she is unable to conceive after one year than only treatment is needed. To avoid fetal anomaly avoid taking any drug without doctors advise, stay away from harmful radiations and regular monthly check up with ultrasound is required. All the best.
