i was diagnosed with pcos 4 yrs back. iam 24 now .i take prometrium to induce my periods and trying to conceive on clomid. i was diagnosed with hypothyroid recently tsh is 5.83 . iam badly waitin to be pregnant . do i need to take thyroid medication to conceive......

You are having PCOS and taking correct treatment for that ....
Meanwhile you are diagnosed with hypothyroid also ...TSH level is high...
You have not mentioned t4 level ...
So start treatment for hypothyroid also by levothyroxine dose only 25 ug tablet needed ...
Treatment started because hypothyroid can lead infertility ....
Reduce weight if obese ...
