How To Get Relief From Breathing Problems Due To Use Of Industrial Chemicals?

I am having difficulty breathing after cleaning with industrial chemicals tonight. I feel shortness of breath when breathing thru my nose, but if I inhale through my mouth I get deep chest coughing that is painful in my esophagus. Is there anything I can do to find relief? Drinking water does not seem to help.

Thank you for asking!
Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing with history of exposure of industrial chemicals needs a little work up. A simple chest radiography with a little EKG would be a good start. You need to reduce the exposure to the stimulus before it is too late. Get in touch with your pulmonologist and let them see how debilitating it is.
take care
