How To Get Rid From Gastric Problem During Pregnancy ?
Hello doctor Age : 29yrs Weight : 46.70kgs Height : 5.3 , Gender Female Hello doctor Iam gastic patient. I have to depend every 2days on Nexpro Fast 40 RD. If i wont take this tablet i cannot have any thing. My stomach will produce some acid which passes from my food pipe to mouth i feel like die when i get that acid. cant bear that pain. Now i married & conceved. Iam 7weeks doctor told me to stop nexpro. But without nexpro i really cannot stay. When i consulted my gastic doctor he suggested to take RANTAC 150. Now iam taking this tabelt but not that much relief. Pls help to get permanent solution from this pain.

You should avoid NEXPRO during pregnancy.
You may check for H. Pylori infection by a specialised test which can be done at a pathological laboratory.
Take minimum medicines during pregnancy and during lactation.
But some natural means can be followed:
Drink about 1/2 glass of water for 1 and 1/2 hours after major meals.
Do not lie down for for 1 and 1/2 hours after major meals. If possible walk or sit but do not lie down.
Avoid spicy, oily food.
Take natural diet full of fruits and vegetables. Papaya is good.
