How To Get Rid Of Arthritis In Arm And Frozen Shoulder?
i have arthirites problem in my arm and symptoms are of frozen shoulder. dr gave me cervilon tablets but no effect. i had done mri of my shoulder it shows bone growth and tendon tear. suggest some remedy. i m getting pain especially at night, and cant move my right arm.
You may need manipulation under anaesthesia or arthroscopic adhesion release.
You may consult physiotherapist for post operative rehabilitation He may start TENS ,or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.
