How To Get Rid Of Back Pain Caused During Late Pregnancy?

I am 8 mos pregnant & have been experiencing body aches.. especially in my lower back & abdominal area. Especially the bone where the leg connects to the vaginal bone. What is it caused from? & how can I get rid of the pain? I've tried Tylenol & it doesn't seem to help.

You can massage that area that hurt
Stay in the lie position when the the pain is bigger
Take pain killers like ibuprofen not acetaminophen.
According to new study is confirmed that frequent use of tylenol along pregnancy may be linked to poorer language skills and behavior problems in their children.
