Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have chronic bacterial prostatitis. It is caused by gram negative bacteria Proteus mirabilis. You should take a course of antibiotic like levofloxacin or cephalosporin. It is prescriptions based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
