How To Get Rid Of Black Marks Caused By Surgery On Face?

I had surgery done on my face and the stitches were with dissolving thread which left black marks on my nose area, had a derma cosmetic surgery done after several laser sittings but still visible. Please suggest some remedy apart from skin grafting, thanks
