Your husband seems to have impetigo contagiosa. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. It may be relapsing due to multiple factors..like DM,HIV,Anaemia, poor immunity, poor hygiene, nutritional deficiencies.. You consult dermatologist forfirm diagnosis and perfect treatment. Investgations may be done to find out underlying disease. Antibiotic like cefixime and antiinflammatory drugs may be given in proper dose for few weeks. Antibiotic cream may be applied on the lesions. Bath with dettol containing water may be taken to improve physical hygiene. Immunoboosters may be taken by him to improve immunity. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
