Dear Sir or Madam: Six years ago, my chronic constipation, which had been an issue for years, became my smallest health problem after an AVM on my brain ruptured during a workout, causing a large, brain hemorrhage. After surviving an emergency crainiotomy, my stomach problems became worse as the required bed rest slowed my bowel function. It was at this point that the muscles in my face, hands, and feet began to wither. More recently, this muscle deterioration has become generalized to the point where my elbows, my knees, and my spine all protrude now. As time goes by, it is become increasingly difficult to keep my body warm. The cold lingers on my body. Having consulted several gastroenterologists, neurologists, and a rheumotologist and having undergone multiple internal investigations, including a full-body MRI, it seems that no one has an explanation for my withering muscles or deteriorating health. Interestingly, despite their obvious deterioration, my muscles remain strong; my blood-work is normal; and my eyes are bright. On the other hand, the deterioration in my shin muscles is making walking more difficult. Plainly, any advice you have would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your assistance.
