How To Get Rid Of Cluster Headache ?
Hi Doctor , How to get rid of Cluster Headache , as every year I face very difficult days during any one month or little bit longer. I am banker by profession and my job requires continuous attention from 09 to 05. Kindly guide me in the matter, and also guide what are the main reasons of Cluster Headache. I used verpamil and neoprox as advised by Neurologist during the days of Cluster Headache.

AVOID alcohol and smoking,stress.take good sleep
do regular yoga , meditation and breathing excercises regularly.
take drugs only when needed.
do regular excercises. take balanced diet.
sometimes these attacks go by their own.
