hey, my cousins granny has gas bubbles in her upper abdomen , how to get rid of them?

Hi,thanks for query.Some gas is seen in the intestine normally all the time.If she he is having some problem like abdominal pain and vomiting then this is a matter needs immediate attention.There is no free gas in the abdomen any time in normal case.Please talk to your doctor.This can happen sometimes after laproscopic procedure,hole in intestine etc.
