How To Get Rid Of Pain In Both My Foots?

I had uric acid problem last month. with proper diet it has noe reduced to 4.5 but still the pain has not cured. It is sometime in my right foot othertime in left foot. It has been more than 1o days tht i m suffering. Now doctor says it is gout kinndly help me

treatment for gout depends on the phase. if it is an acute attack and there is severe pain in big toe that limits your activities, then the NSAIDs are the first choice, ibuprofen or indomethacin can be used, along with colchicine and intra articular steroids to help with the inflammation. this treatment leads to rapid recovery. but for long term you would have to adopt life style modification, which includes complete abstinence from red meat, pulses, alcohol in moderation, and avoid very strenuous work outs, stay hydrated. it's a life long condition but with diet restrictions it can be kept under control.
