How To Get Rid Of Painful Fissure?

I am suffering from Fissures from last 2 months, used nifedipine for 2 months no results were found, now from last 2 days started using diltigesic but the fissure doesnt seem to be getting good and with lot of pain. Please advise should i continue with it.
