Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to have a condition called Rosacea. It causes redness on nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead. People who have rosacea are generally easy flushers and blushers. Sometimes there may also be associated bumps/acne in rosacea

Rosacea often flares when something causes the blood vessels in the face to dilate, which causes redness. Common triggers are exercise, sun and wind exposure, hot weather, stress, spicy foods, alcohol, and hot baths. Swings in temperature from hot to cold or cold to hot can also cause a flare-up of rosacea.

Topical metronidazole 1% gel/cream is also useful for redness as well as bumps.

Avoidance of triggers like hot and cold temperatures, spicy foods, certain drugs, alcohol, emotional triggers, strong sun etc is also an important part in the management of rosacea.

Regular use of a broad spectrum sunscreen is advisable.

Available medical treatment options for rosacea include:
-Antibiotic pills (e.g Doxycycline, Azithromycin OR Roxithromycin) mainly used for bumps/acne
-Topicals like Clindamycin phosphate 1% gel, Clarithromycin gel, Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel, also to be used for bumps/acne.

-Other treatment modalities for acne rosacea are topical Retinoids like Azaleic acid, Adapalene, Tretinoin.
-Oral Isotretinoin in low dose is also preferred.

However since oral and topical treatment works only to an extent, as must have noticed therefore for redness and telangiectases LASER ( 584 nm Pulsed dye Laser), Pulse light therapy (Intense pulsed light 585 nm) and Photodynamic therapy are preferred and works best.

Hope this helps
Regards
