How To Get Rid Of Sore Throat?

I have a horrible sore throat but I can still eat fine; I ve been having dry coughs, headaches, dizziness, circle shaped outlines under my tongue, two look like bumps and the rest do not; There s mucus in my throat, and I also have bumps on my throat; there s hardly any white coating except for when I wake up in the morning before I brush my teeth... What could these be the syptoms of ?

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using Dexometorphan to relieve the cough.
I recommend to drink liquids and rest.
