How To Get Rid Of The Constant Ringing In Ear After Moving The Ear Lobe To Help Clear ?

Hey I need your help, I just woke up and I just moved my ear lobe to help clear out my left ear, as soon as I finished I couldn't hear anything and there's now a constant ringing, should I be worried?
I can't book a doctors appointment because its 2am where I live but I need some advice, any help?

Hi,
Nothing to worry, there might be having impacted ear wax.
while moving your external ear there might be more block of external ear due to wax giving rise this problem.
Put some ear drops if you have.
Wait till morning and if you find same position, consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
