How To Get Rid Of The Night Sweats, Muscle Spasms And Insomnia?
My name is Colin and I am 34 years old. I weigh approx. 160 lbs and until 2 months ago was an avid soccer player. I have been experiencing insomnia for the past 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I have mild dysphagia and frequent panic attacks. Was prescribed Xanax on Monday and my tolerance is quickly building from half a pill on Monday to a whole by Thursday just to get 2-5 hours of sleep. Now I can t even sleep on that. Have been told by 2 other doctors that it is just anxiety disorder. Any alternate suggestions would be appreciated. My greatest fear is SFI. (Sporadic Fatal Insomnia) I have also been experiencing mild night sweats and muscle spasms
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you need some hypnotics, rather than than the anxiolytics like xenax . I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods and hot milk at bed time. Practice yoga, meditation, and some physical work to have a tyred body and sweat. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
