How To Get Rid Of The Pain 12 Months Post Op After Right Partial Knee Replacement ?

I am 12 months post op for a right partial knee replacement. I am still in more pain than prior surgery symptoms. I just received my MRI results. It states "small foci of metallic debris" and "intermediate signal in the medial distal patellar tendon and quadriceps tendon, most likely post surgical scar. I had to take a leave from work because the pain outweighed my ability to focus and concentrate at work. Pain is constant. Regardless whether I walk, lie down drive, or sit.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem and do not think that the pain is due to the metallic debris being detected in MRI study, but in fact the knee replacement surgery it self is very painful, particularly in post op. periods it takes quit long time to come around, but pain can be managed better with "Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen" certain patients being given potent analgesic, but I manage my patients with NSAID only, have nice day.
