Hello, Healing will take time especially after finishing medication for Thrush. You have fortunately addressed a number of medical concerns. Please make sure that you are well hydrated with balanced vitamins. Make sure to increase vitamin B12 to promote healing. Warm salt water rinses can be continued. Avoid alcohol containing rinses that may dry the throat. Avoid all irritants such as smoking, alcohol, and high acid content foods or liquids. Evaluate your climate control unit. Winter heat can be drying and you may feel better with a humidifier. Any snoring or mouth breathing? Any post nasal drip? Make sure you are up to date on your dental exam to rule out any untreated dental problems that could contribute to a prolonged irritation. These are a few suggestions that may offer additional relief. Follow up with a visit to your physician if your condition does not respond or worsens for further diagnosis or prescriptions. Thank you for your inquiry.
