Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vaginal stinging can occur due to nerve related problem or semen allergy which you are suspecting.
Is there associated vaginal discharge besides stinging sensation.
Discharge and stinging sensation can be seen in fungal infection.
If there is associated discharge, you need to get the discharge examined for evidence of microbial agent.
Nerve related disorder as I mentioned before can also cause stinging or tingling sensation.
Semen allergy may be the cause.
Avoid sexual activity for couple of days.
If the stinging sensation disappears after avoiding sexual activity, semen allergy can be the cause.
Consult your gynecologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
