Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is the most common cause of the symptoms of vertigo. BPPV is a disorder arising in the inner ear. Common symptoms are repeated episodes of a spinning sensation caused by changes in the position of the head.
For better treatment of vertigo it is important to know cause of the problem. Vertin only provide symptomatic relief to vertigo, not cure.
Following steps will help you: -Investigation like MRI brain after consultation with neurologist: To rule out intracranial cause of vertigo. -For BPPV: Epley maneuver and the liberatory or Semont maneuver: done by ENT specialist.
