How To Get Rid Off Itching, Rash All Over Body?

My body was itching and had rash all over my body and little bit of swelling. At first I thought it might be bed bugs since it happened when I was staying at a hotel. But now I m wondering if its an allergic reaction to hotel sheets or something I ate? How do you know the difference?

Hi,

You have itchy rash on whole body. The lesions might be elevated and discrete. I think probably you have lichen urticatus.... also known as papular urticaria. It is an hypersensitive skin reaction to insect bite... You consult dermatologist for right diagnosis and perfect treatment. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine and steroids in tappering dose might improve the disease. Apply mild steroid cream on the lesions. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
