How To Get Rid Off Stiffness And Pain Due To Arthritis?
hello doctor, i am a woman in 50, and i have been suffering from arithritis since couple of years. i continue to take calcium & d3 but my stiffness and pain is not relieved. so is their any possible way that could regenerate the bones rapidly and would actually relieve the conditions?

unfortunately there is no way to regenerate the bones
you can take paracetamol or tramadol as pain killer, do exercises to strengthen your bones and continue calcium and viatmin D
you can also consider for joint replacement
