How To Have A Safe And Sound Knee Surgery Recovery?

im scheduled for knee surgery, im on the waiting list since January, scared of the surgery, im 68 yrs old a diabetic ( with good a1c (6.7).I ve seen people come out with bad surgery s. i just know i need to walk i was going to college for computers, now i cant due to the knee, what do i do??

No need to worry for a knee surgery. Its results are quite good. What we give you a pain free knee.Initially you need to do trmendous Exercises and Physiotherapy as advised to you from time to time. Also you will be able to stand on third day usually with support and walk normally without support in 1 month. But the main cooperation from your side is Knee mobilization, exercises and physio.
