How To Have An Abortion For An Early Pregnancy?

Hi. Dr. My wife last menses date was 26 april. But still delayed after checking pregnancy test Is positive and wé Ars not affording any more baby before 3 year. Because wé have already à baby whose âge Is one year. Hé Is to younger. Please give us an advise how menses occurs in one or two day. My wife already taken aspirin 600 mg straight. Is primolute n cab use for The discharge of menses.

Understand your concern
Aspirin and primolut do not help in abortion of early pregnancy. Abortion pill should be use after consulting the gynecologist only. Because if you used without opinion it causes serious complication. Pelvic examination and USG scan is needed before abortion to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. MTP pill can be used up to 63 days of pregnancy. Take Gynecologist prescribed MTP pill. Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally after 4 hour under observation of doctor. Another 400 ug vaginally/orally should be given after 4 hour if needed. Follow up USG at 14th day for confirmation of incomplete abortion. Do not use byself at home. Bleeding and cramp will occur up to 3-5 days. Take adequate rest, analgesic, healthy diet after abortion.
