How To Heal Fall Mediated Knee Injury With Pain, burning, numbness And Tingling Sensation?

I fell on a cement floor 5 days ago. I have experienced and am experiencing burning, numbness and tingling and my right knee with pain going up to just below the middle part of my thigh. Is it time to see an orthopaedist, or just keep using ice packs or heat?

Hi,
There may may be soft tissue or bony injury due to trauma over your right knee and neeed to diagnose through proper clinical examination and investigation including X-ray and accordingly treated . If there is any bony injury then immediately management can prevent complication and deformity in later stage of life .
Hence in my opinion you should definitely visit a orthopaedic clinic for further management and until then take analgesic (NSAID), muscle relaxant (Flexon MR), ppi with warm compression (as five days old),limb immobilization .

Hope this ll help

Thanks n regards
