How To Heal Painful Throat Lump With Mucus,swallowing Difficulty And Sneezing?
I woke up with a really painful lump in the back of my throat. When I swallow it hurts really bad. As the day went on now its hard to swallow because I have alot of mucus in my throat and the pain is still there. Cold water helps the pain a little and washes the mucus down but it comes back fast. Im also sneezing about once an hour

You need to get done ent consultation for nasal discharge.
The nasal discharge falls back in throat and causes infections and irritates it.
You will require antibiotic and decongestant.
Also need to get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the extent of disease.
